Accommodation Fees
Our pricing system is simple. The cost per night is calculated as follows:
Room Charge + Accommodation Fee
The total amount is the subtotal of the “Room Charge” for the number of nights + “Accommodation Fee” x the number of nights. There are no cleaning fees or parking fees.
*Peak season is a busy season with many reservations, such as New Year’s holidays, Golden Week, Bon Festival, and other local events.

*Children of elementary school age and older will be counted as one person. (There are no child or student discounts.)
Cancellation Policy
A 5% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations. Please rest assured that there is no cancellation fee for changing your reservation dates. If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of your check-in date, the following cancellation fees will apply. Please be sure to contact us at least 3 days prior to your check-in date if you need to cancel.

Check-in/Check-out Instructions
Self check-in and self check-out are required.
Check-in Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Check-out Time: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange an early check-in or late check-out.

Cleaning staff will enter the room after 11:00 AM. If you extend your stay without prior notice, you will be charged an extension fee (1,000 yen per 30 minutes, tax included).
Other House Rules
- No shoes are allowed inside the building. Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise.
- We appreciate your cooperation in separating your garbage.
- Please use the kitchen with caution and be careful with fire.
- When checking out, please wash any cooking utensils and dishes you used and put them back in their original place.
- When checking out, please place the towels you used in the laundry basket.
- For stays of one month or longer, there will be regular cleaning and maintenance. We will contact you in advance to arrange a time to enter the room.
- If you leave any belongings behind, we will arrange for them to be shipped to you. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
- You will be responsible for compensating us for any damage or defacement to the property or items within the property.
